Rapid Roadside Rescue is a roadside assistance company at 321 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31088. This policy explains what we collect when you ask for help and what we do with it.
Information You Give Us
When you request roadside help, contact us, or join our membership waitlist, we collect what you choose to give us: your first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, vehicle year, make, model and color, your location (typed address or GPS), the service you need, any details you add, and any photo you upload. We also keep the notes, status updates, prices and payment status our team records for your job.
Location Data
We collect GPS coordinates only when you tap Use My Current Location and allow it in your browser. To fill your address, our website sends only those coordinates to Google Maps to look up the nearest street address. No name, phone number, vehicle details or photos are sent with that lookup. You can type your address instead. We do not track your device in the background, and your location is used only to find and reach you for that request.
Photos
Photos you upload are kept in private storage. Only authorized Rapid Roadside Rescue staff can view them, through short-lived secure links. Please do not upload photos that show other people's faces, license plates you do not own, or personal documents.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to dispatch help, contact you about your request, confirm prices and payment, arrange towing when needed, keep job records, answer messages, tell waitlist members when membership plans become available, improve our service, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own advertising.
Text Messages and Calls
By submitting a request with your phone number, you agree that we may call or text that number about that request, including confirmations and status updates. These are service messages, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on your request. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service. We will not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them.
Who We Share It With
We share only what is needed to do the job: with an independent towing company when your vehicle needs a tow (your name, phone number, location, vehicle and destination); with service providers who host this website, store records, or send messages and payments on our behalf; and with authorities when required by law or to protect someone's safety. Towing companies are independent businesses, and their own privacy practices apply to information they receive.
Payments
If online payments are offered, card details are entered with and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Cookies and Browser Storage
This site uses the browser storage needed to work, such as keeping staff signed in to the owner portal, and may use basic visit statistics to understand which pages are used. You can clear cookies and storage in your browser settings at any time.
How We Protect It
Your request details are stored in a secured database that only authorized staff can access after signing in. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access, use encrypted connections, and keep photos private.
How Long We Keep It
We keep service records as long as needed for billing, warranty, insurance, tax and legal purposes, generally up to seven years. Waitlist entries and contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to remove them.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling or emailing us. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Children
Our services are meant for adults responsible for a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version always appears on this page.
Roadside service availability varies by location, technician availability and service type. Towing services may be performed by independent third-party towing providers.
