Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 18, 2026

If you are in immediate danger, involved in an accident with injuries, smell fuel, see fire, or are in another emergency situation, call 911.

About These Terms

These terms apply when you use this website or request roadside assistance from Rapid Roadside Rescue, located at 321 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31088. By submitting a request, calling for service, or accepting help from us, you agree to these terms.

Not an Emergency Service

We are a private roadside assistance company, not an emergency service. If anyone is hurt, you are in an unsafe spot, you smell fuel, or you see smoke or fire, call 911 first. Our safety tips are general suggestions and do not replace the instructions of police, fire or medical responders.

Our Services

We offer tire changes using your spare, jump starts, vehicle lockout help, and fuel delivery. Towing is arranged through independent local towing partners. We cannot repair every problem at the roadside, and if we cannot safely or legally do the work, we may decline or stop the service.

Availability and Arrival Times

Availability depends on location, technician availability, weather, traffic and the type of service. Submitting a request does not guarantee service until we confirm it with you. Any arrival time we give is an estimate, not a guarantee. We do not promise arrival times for towing until the towing partner confirms them.

Towing Through Independent Partners

Rapid Roadside Rescue does not own or operate tow trucks. When you need a tow, we help connect you with an independent towing company. That company is responsible for the tow, its own prices and terms, and the care of your vehicle while in its possession. We are not responsible for the acts, delays or damage caused by independent towing providers.

Your Responsibilities

You must give accurate information about yourself, your vehicle and your location, stay in a safe place, and tell us about anything that could affect the service, such as a damaged spare, aftermarket wheels, locking lug nuts, an electric or hybrid vehicle, or the type of fuel your vehicle uses. You must be the owner of the vehicle or have the owner's permission for us to work on it.

Lockouts and Proof of Ownership

For lockout service, we may ask for ID and proof that you own or are allowed to use the vehicle, such as registration or a rental agreement, before or after opening it. We may refuse service if ownership cannot be confirmed. Modern locks and electronics carry some risk, and we are not responsible for damage to locks, door seals, windows or electronics that were already worn or faulty.

Jump Starts and Batteries

A jump start may not work on a failed battery, alternator or starter. We are not responsible for electrical problems that already existed, or for damage to sensitive electronics caused by a battery that was failing.

Fuel Delivery

Fuel delivery covers bringing a limited amount of fuel to get you to a station. The cost of the fuel may be charged in addition to the service price. You are responsible for telling us the correct fuel type. We are not responsible for damage caused by wrong fuel information you give us.

Tire Changes

Tire service means putting on your own usable spare. We are not responsible for a spare that is flat, damaged or the wrong size, or for wheel locks we cannot remove without the key. Temporary spares have speed and distance limits set by their manufacturer.

Prices and Payment

Prices are set by Rapid Roadside Rescue and confirmed with you before the work starts. Prices may change based on time, distance, location or the service needed, and fuel and towing charges may be added. Payment may be due before dispatch, after service, or on completion by cash or card, as we tell you when confirming your request. Towing charges may be billed by the towing partner.

Cancellations

Please call us as soon as possible if you no longer need help. If you cancel after a technician is on the way, or the vehicle is not at the location you gave us, a charge may apply, which we will tell you about when confirming your request.

Membership Waitlist

Joining the membership waitlist is free and does not sign you up for or charge you for any plan. Plan details, prices and terms will be shared before anyone is enrolled.

Limitation of Liability

We will perform services with reasonable care. To the fullest extent Georgia law allows, Rapid Roadside Rescue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost time, lost income, missed appointments, or towing and storage fees charged by others, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Damage Claims

If you believe our technician damaged your vehicle, please tell us before the technician leaves if possible, and in any case within 72 hours of the service, with photos, so we can review the claim.

Use of This Website

Please use this website only to request real service or contact us. Do not submit false requests, other people's information without their permission, or harmful content. We may refuse requests that appear fraudulent or unsafe.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Houston County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in effect when you requested service applies to that service.

Roadside service availability varies by location, technician availability and service type. Towing services may be performed by independent third-party towing providers.
